Oui Are Social Ltd, company number 12174387, registered office 9 Millender Walk, London SE16 2BL, is responsible for your personal data on this site. I work as a photographer and filmmaker through the company. Email me at chris@ouiaresocial.com.

If you email me, I get your email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I use it to reply, to quote for work and to keep a record of what we agreed. I rely on legitimate interests (running my business) and, if you ask for a quote, on taking steps you asked for before a contract.

When you visit the site, my host Vercel Inc. (USA) handles your IP address and basic browser details to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. I do not use that data for anything else.

Google (Google Workspace) stores my email. Vercel hosts this site. Both act on my instructions. Vercel’s agreement uses standard contractual clauses and the ICO’s UK addendum for data sent outside the UK. I do not sell your data.

Enquiry emails: 12 months after the last message. Records of paid work: 6 years, for accounts and tax. Then I delete them.

You can ask me for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it. Email me and I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy, tell me and I will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
